Choir members Esme, Kerith and Rochelle took to the cat walk on 7 June to help raise $250.00 for fellow member Suze Monro who will be visiting Uganda in September. Virginnie and Amanda from Tres Belle in Gympie Tce, Noosaville provided the outfits for the show, which attracted about 50 people. Suze organised the Fashion Parade as part of her fundraising efforts, bringing her total to $3000.00 which will benefit children affected by war and disease. She will join choir members from around Australia on the KwaYa tour to Uganda where they will: * experience ten days of musical and cultural exchange with the African Children's Choir * perform and entertain at a number of venues in Kampala including a concert with top artists for Ugandan VIPs * work with the African Children's Choir in one of their outreach projects in Uganda. Suze also travelled to Uganda last year with seven other Cool Harmonies members and their families. Her final fundraiser will be held on Thursday 14 June at 1pm at Blue Illusion in Hasting Street, Noosa.
